Amy: I don’t understand, okay? One minute, she’s gonna marry you and the next, she’s gonna kill you?
Doctor: Ah, well, she’s been brain washed. It all makes sense to her.
Not only is this line not in-character for The Doctor (insofar that even with the sexism that has been in this show since the beginning he’s still appreciated women and I honestly cannot see him saying this with a straight face) but it’s not even NECESSARY for the dialogue.

I think Moffat was just saying that sometimes woman can be crazy… I’m saying this as a man that loves women, but sometimes women can do crazy things, and that is because they are human, and humans care fucking bonkers
